Under these agreements, Al Ramz\u2019s ownership in the fund will increase from 23% to 100% following its acquisition of the remaining fund units, reflecting the company\u2019s confidence in the project\u2019s promising investment potential and strategic location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Located in Qurtubah District, Riyadh, on Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road, the \u201cQurtubah 2\u201d project spans more than 130,000 square meters. It is a mixed-use development comprising residential, retail, and office components, in addition to residential units designed with hotel-inspired standards and finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project is expected to include approximately 1,800 residential units and 250 retail and office units, forming an integrated community that combines diverse uses with high-quality design.
