Al Ramz Real Estate hosted the official launch of Masar Corner, its latest major project within the Masar Destination in Makkah, in the presence of leading representatives from international investment funds, CEOs, investors, and real estate industry professionals. The event featured a panel discussion on the growing interest of global investment funds in investing in the Makkah Region and the region\u2019s attractive fundamentals for both local and international investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch event witnessed significant international interest in the project, with Al Ramz attracting investors from 51 countries worldwide. Nigeria ranked first in terms of the number of reservations, followed by Indonesia, Pakistan, the United States, and T\u00fcrkiye, highlighting the diverse international interest in real estate opportunities in Makkah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total value of reservations reached SAR 670 million, setting a record for the speed at which reservations were secured from international investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masar Corner enjoys a strategic location within the Masar Destination, offering exceptional views of King Abdullah Mosque Square, located at the heart of the destination. The project comprises two towers with a total of 541 units, offering integrated residential, commercial, and service options designed to complement the character and urban design of the Masar Destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch of Masar Corner comes at a time when Makkah is experiencing rapid urban and economic development, further diversifying its real estate and investment opportunities and strengthening its position as a global destination attracting visitors and investors from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
