An owners’ association is established for each project. A maintenance company will provide its operating and maintenance services for all various facilities of the project while the water bill will be paid by the association according to each meter consumption.

An appointment will be arranged to visit the company’s headquarters and sign the contract of sale if the project’s documents are completed. After that, an appointment will be arranged with the client to confirm immediate transfer of ownership.

Al-Ramz real estate company does not provide rental housing units in its real estate properties.

Sales’ pilot phase of the project will be through direct buying (Cash) until the rest of documents are completed. After that, we accept different buying options.

You can register your interest in any available project via the company’s website by clicking on “Register your interest”. Sales management will contact you shortly after sales’ initiation.

You can apply a request via the company’s website in “maintenance requests” page. After that, please fill the required information and arrange a visit according to the available time.

When your housing unit’s full warranty expires, an online maintenance request through Al-Ramz’s website cannot be applied and you must contact the assigned supplier directly.
