Al Rumz Real Estate Development Company has commenced construction on the Al Rumz Tower project, located in Al Malqa district along King Salman bin Abdulaziz Road. The project enjoys a prime location near some of Riyadh’s most prominent landmarks, including Diriyah Gate, Al Murabba, King Salman Airport, and the Expo 2030 site.

The project represents a leading destination for business and an inspiring symbol of innovation, marking a significant milestone in Al Rumz’s development journey. It reflects the company’s commitment to creating dynamic business environments that align with the objectives of the commercial and office real estate development sector.

The total built-up area of the project exceeds 54,000 square meters, with more than 16,300 square meters of leasable space. The tower comprises 100 office units across 26 floors, and its architectural design harmonizes with the desert environment and Saudi heritage inspired by the Najdi style.

Construction progress has reached 20%, with project completion and operation expected by the end of 2027, God willing. The project follows a strategic partnership announced during Cityscape Global 2024 between Riyad Capital and Al Rumz Real Estate to launch the Riyad Real Estate Development Fund – Al Rumz Tower dedicated to developing this landmark office tower.
